Brad is a lifelong creative, tech nerd, and Texan. After graduating from Texas A&M, Brad briefly worked in the tech industry but quickly realized that the cubicle-life was not for him. After quitting and moving to China for a year to teach, Brad returned and has since sought out jobs that felt meaningful to him. These have included social work, public school teacher, and adult ESL teaching. Brad has visited and lived in Asia as a college student, a bachelor, and a married dad with family off and on since 1996, with the last move interrupted by COVID. He adores his wife of 23 years, Jessica, and two teen boys. In his free time he loves to play bass, listen to music, cook, eat, and solve the NYT crossword. He also loves to snuggle his dog Roxy and repeatedly fails to lure his cat Goyang-i into snuggling as well.
