Mosaic Family, let’s walk together in solidarity with our unhoused neighbors. Join us on Saturday, October 24, 2026, for Mission Waco’s 20th Annual Walk for the Homeless.
This 2-mile intentional walk takes us through local organizations that support community members experiencing homelessness, giving us a firsthand look at the essential resources available in Waco and how we can get involved.
When: Saturday, October 24, 2026 | 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Starting Location: The Meyer Center (1226 Washington Ave)
Ending Location: Salvation Army (Shuttle transportation back to the Meyer Center is provided!)
What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes and a portable lawn chair (for resting during stops along the route).
How to Give Back: You can also support the event by donating toward brand-new shoes. For $50, Mission Waco takes an unhoused neighbor to choose their own pair of shoes at Academy, with a goal to outfit 100 individuals this year!
