In the hurry and busyness of life, sometimes we forget the powerful story of the last couple hours of Jesus’ life. Join us Friday, April 15th from 6-7pm for a tenebrae service depicting the growing darkness leading up to and culminating in Jesus’ death on the cross.
Easter Celebration, Saturday 10:30-12
Join us for a fun event for the whole family at the Oscar DuConge Park (next to Carver Middle School & Estella Maxey).
Children will hear an Easter lesson, have an egg hunt, and cookout!
Easter Service
Sunday, April 17 @ 10am
Easter is a day to celebrate the explosive joy of the Christian faith. This is one of those unique days when those outside of the church express even a fraction of interest and we hope and pray you’ll share this day with that friend. Also, if you’ll be in town for our Easter Sunday service, you’re in for a special treat! Our Kids’ Church children will be doing a praise dance that Ashley Stone is teaching them.
